The Equal Balance Movement

We are committed to having a strong voice in our community and advocating for important social issues. During our filming of “Invisible Women: Being a Black Women in Corporate America”, the data exposed Black women not only faced prejudice, but also unjustly paid for doing the same work as their counterparts. This led to our movement tackling the inequities around pay, and discrimination in workplace.
